CAURUS Technologies will be at the INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hannover from June 1 – 6, 2026. We will be showcasing two projects:
- As a case study of the Future Forest Initiative’s Greentech Incubator we will present project “AeroDrop”. It aims to establish a demonstrator center in the State of Lower Saxony for CAURUS Technologies’ innovative firefighting system.
- As part of the Forest Fire Firefighting Laboratory we will present project “Forest Shield”. Together with Fraunhofer ITWM we are developing a predictive system for the water drop. It combines sensor data, simulation, and real-time predictions in a single system to measure and forecast water drop efficiency.
INTERSCHUTZ is the world's leading trade fair for the fire and rescue services, civil protection, safety and security. This year they are premiering the WildfireCamp@Interschutz to emphasize the increasing challenge that wildfires are posing to all stakeholders in civil protection.
The Wildfire Camp will bring the gruelling reality of wildfires to the forefront for the first time, showcasing the challenges that dense smoke, flames in the undergrowth or crackling brushwood pose for emergency responders battling against time and the forces of nature. The forum aims at knowledge transfer at the highest level for people from all around the world. People who routinely save lives, prevent disasters, and help others in emergency situations.

CAURUS Technologies is proud to participate in the Wildfire Camp presenting its innovation projects for better precision, efficiency and safety in aerial wildfire fighting. You will find us with project “Forest Shield” at the FFFLab booth D90 (32) together with representatives of Fraunhofer ITWM. Or as a case study for the Future Forest Initiative’s Greentech Incubator at booth D90 (30).
